It happened all the time onpmy previous work in the Phil as a Service Officer in a bank, wherein my Branch Manager whenver he is on a client call, usually delegates to me or give me authority on transactions in the bank that needs immediate disposition or approval. We already had an understanding that in these situtations, my judgement would be necessary, and it is part of my duty as a Service officer, as long as this will not jeopardize or put the company at risk or loss.
