As an RA we were trusted with confidential information regarding a patient's care every day. If a co-worker mentions something about a patient's care to only me I do not spread this information among my co-workers unless it becomes necessary.

Good answer! This answer is an excellent place to discuss your compliance with laws as well. You could mention HIPAA regulations or indicate you follow the laws. I expanded on your final sentence to show a way you could show your legal compliance.
