Allstate was founded in 1931 by Sears Roebuck, named after their auto tire. They are an industry leader with around 18% of the auto insurance market. Thomas Wilson is the CEO. Inclusion and Diversity are a big part of Allstate's workforce and weekly employee resource groups (ERG's) are held. Allstate also has Teen Driver education programs.
