That the direction and leadership had not veered off so differently than what I was brought in and committed to, and I would have been able to continue with the efforts, I started in leadership development and training, employee engagement, and intradepartmental relations.

We are working on a 30-year-old DOS-based system. A few years ago the budget allowed for a new incredible system to be built that is lightning fast and has such a better workflow. Unfortunately, it was decided there is not enough budget to buy enough licenses for the whole company. I am excited about how technology can serve our clients and workers better so I hope the budget allows for this soon.
