"I can work with most personalities; however, I dislike working with others who do not pull their weight and expect others to pick up their slack. It's not fair to the team, and it's frustrating. When this has happened in the past, I have addressed it with the team member."

"As a seasoned manager, I understand that challenging personality types will almost always be present. What I do to combat this is, I get to know those challenging people a bit better, in hopes to understand their mentality or approach. I enjoy working with team players, individuals that show up and do what is needed by the team. There are always individuals in any work environment that can be challenging to get along with. I don't allow myself to focus on those individuals, instead, I focus on what I can control in a team environment which is my own performance.

I am conscious of other people, and their differing moods. I had co-workers who I didn’t get on with but had to work with them.
Some are not happy with me but I am professional about it, I remain calm and neutral at all times. I learned not to take it personally and work with the person, so I listen and look to resolve these issues and offer my help and support.
