I always welcome changes as they are inevitable in my professional or personal life. Whenever a new change comes in, I will look for the positivity of the change and understand its root cause and strengths. I will speak with my manager if I have any doubts and try to address same if any of the team members have. Organizational changes are always will be taken for the sake of the good of both employees and organizations.
