"I am responsible for three product development teams as a senior program manager. Each of the teams has five to eight people at any given time. They are cross-functional and include roles such as analysts, engineers, quality assurance, and product owners.
The teams I work with develop custom healthcare technology solutions and we typically have anywhere between four to ten projects in flight collectively. We all work remotely and I help to ensure that we all stay in alignment with our goals and meet the KPIs accordingly. I also work directly with our senior clients to develop strategic plans and ensure their needs are met from a customer service perspective."
