We believe in leading by example at Virgin Active Limited and seek to hire those who put their health first. What is the best thing you've ever done for your own personal health?

"The best decision that I ever made for my own personal health was to quit smoking cigarettes. I achieved this 4 years ago and haven't looked back since. I feel so much more energy and of course it's helped my skin as well."

"The best habit that I started for myself was to go to bed early every day so that I could wake up earlier. I am more productive this way and sleep a lot better, too."
