At _____, mostly at weekends, I was in charge of a small team of replenishment. I had to organize the team, and before starting I had to check what department was busier on that day. I had to choose the right co-worker for each department. Once that part of my job was done, I had to work in my department at the same time to assure that the rest of the team was doing their part of the job on time.
