Marcie's Feedback
It's great that you keep your eyes facing forward on the future, but keep in mind that this question is assessing your ability to be self-aware. While you can definitely emphasize that you like to focus on the future instead of the past, you may want to mention one or two things that you've since reflected on that perhaps you would have done differently if given the chance. This will show the interviewer that you are reflective, self-aware, and able to learn from your mistakes.
