Why do you want to work at KBR?

"I want to join KBR as an aerospace engineer to grow my leadership skills. In my current role, I am able to lead by example, but I have not yet had the opportunity to officially lead a team of engineers. I am a natural leader and I want the opportunity to help others grow technically while building a strong team culture.
