"I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Economics from University XYZ, intending to place myself on a Human Resource Management career path. I enjoyed the international business classes and decided to participate in the school's international business exchange program. This exchange allowed me to intern with a technology company in Singapore for 12 weeks, which was an incredible experience. During that time, I learned how to speak a little bit of Malay and Mandarin Chinese. While my primary education focused on business and strategic management, I also took critical thinking, ethics, and research methodologies coursework. My education in critical thinking will allow me to perform well when creating innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to bring the best talent to each role.
