Every manager has a different approach to giving feedback. Some prefer to save it for the performance review while others dish it out on the regular. Your response to feedback is much more important than the input itself. Even if it was negative, if you can take it as constructive criticism, you can improve yourself and your skills.

"My previous manager told me that I was spending too much time on the details of a project. I realized that I could be such a perfectionist that I lose track of time and hyper-focus on things that aren't that important. I taught myself to prioritize better so that my results are successful on projects, both large and small."

"I regularly received feedback from my supervisor relating to areas of customer satisfaction. For the most part, the feedback was always very positive. On the odd occasion, I was asked to improve my documentation which I worked very hard to do."

The majority of the feedback I was given was positive, which was good, but I also liked getting honest negative feedback because it gave me something to work on, the feedback was given pretty rarely though, which I believe isn't a good thing. Regular feedback allows for greater improvements.

Rachelle's Feedback
Your answer jumps around a bit and is non-specific when it comes to exactly what the positive and the constructive feedback was, in your last position. I have helped with the wording below.
"Regular feedback is important, and I appreciate both positive and constructive feedback. In my previous position, I was praised for (list one or two positives), and I was asked to (list one or two areas for improvement). To improve on these factors, I have (discuss specific actions you have taken to improve)."
