How would you handle a student that was acting inappropriately?

"I am accustomed to working with difficult students every now and then. I manage them by first addressing the group and talking about expectations for behaviour. If the poor behaviour continues, I then pull the student aside and talk with them about how we can change their behaviour. Making a plan with the student generally works well."
