Tell the interviewer about the accomplishment you are the most proud of, preferably in a professional capacity and related to the position you are applying for. Alternatively, provide any accomplishment in another professional capacity, in a volunteer capacity, or in a university setting.
"The accomplishment I am the most proud of is managing a very large project on a very tight deadline (... detailed information pertaining to this project, such as the firm name, your position title, why this project significantly mattered, and so on). As a result, I have developed strong project and time management skills that will undoubtedly enable me to thrive in this role at your firm."

I am currently interning at a small law firm one day a week alongside my degree. I'm proud as I have to balance my school work while also professional duties.

Stephanie's Feedback
That's wonderful that you're balancing school work and an internship. To strengthen your response, I would suggest explicitly naming the professional goal you're working toward (example: becoming an attorney.)

I had to write a policy brief with minimum instructions and supervision, so I made sure to proactively seek out a range of sources. This way, I could present my findings and some possible solutions during the meetings. This ensured that the meetings were productive, and as a result, I was able to finish before the deadline for the project.
Marcie's Feedback
Excellent! Can you talk more about the various sources you found and contacted? Can you also give some context for when you did this? Was this during an internship or a job you had? The more details you can provide, the more memorable your answer will be to the interviewer. Great job!
