What are your greatest weaknesses?

User Answers

1. I have a hard time making new friends. I think it's because my parents moved a lot while I was growing up so I'm used to being surrounded by people I don't know.

2. First of all, this of all the questions is the one you want to think about the most and screw up the least. This question, in kind of an- almost ironic- way, is more about not giving the wrong answer than it is about giving the right one. The last thing you want to say, in a fast paced Customer Service environment like Pizza service, is that you're 'shy' and a 'slow-learner'. If this is the case, repress it or down play it, but for god sakes don't advertise or volunteer it. Even if you still get the job because you have a car and you've never been to jail, it tells them you might not know what you're doing. If hired anyway, you might last a while or even maybe for a long time, but don't count on any managerial possibilities. It could happen, but why risk it by looking like an under achieving 'Sweat Hog'with no social skills?Pardon the rant. The best answer to this question is to find a true fault or negative trait that you've over come. Example: "I used to have low energy until I discovered multi-vitamins on my last job and now my energy level is very high." I'm qualified to say this from several years of food delivery experience including pizza and this answer has never failed me yet. You've got to find the answer that works best for you of course. Turning the negative into the positive, though, will pretty much always help more than it will hurt.

3. I am quiet sometimes and I am not always the fastest learner.
