Following that, I'm interested in pursuing a PGY-2 in either psychiatric or internal medicine, both of which I know are strongly emphasized here. In the long term, I plan on pursuing board certification and want to serve as a preceptor and/or faculty member at a school of pharmacy. I believe a residency here will allow me to start reaching my goals by earning a teaching certificate and experience in both psychiatric and internal medicine."
