"Adapting to change is the one necessary constant in healthcare and I feel that I've done this exceptionally throughout my career. I've experienced an organizational merger early in my career, adapting to new equipment and upgraded EMR's and shifted duties within departments. For me, success in handling any changes with ease comes down to a mindset and a passion for patient care. Where a lot of others see change as disruptive and have a negative mindset, I look at change as a reason for improving.
