It doesn't matter what content the website contains or how robustly it performs if users can't easily access and navigate it. Incorporating ease of use and user-friendliness in your design will encourage the users to explore the site and take advantage of its features.

I design the user interface with simplicity in mind for the user. The easier it is for the user to navigate through the application the accomplish their goal, the more they are willing to further engage with the application for their needs. Examples of this include creating visible and contrasting elements on the page for better visibility and simpler navigation.
