Have you ever suffered a setback or failure? If so, how did you handle it?

"Yes, I did suffer a setback while obtaining my bachelor's degree. I thought I had an important assignment due on the 15th of the month, but it was due on the 5th. My professor asked everyone to turn in their assignments on the 5th, and I had yet to start mine because I thought it was due on the 15th. I failed the course and had to retake it the following semester. I learned I needed to pay more attention to detail, and I started using a calendar to input all of my assignment's due dates. I never missed a due date after that, and I still use the calendar for any assignments or tasks I need to accomplish."
