The candidate should answer honestly about what kind of writer they are, whether they are creative, concise, descriptive, or write better on more straight forward topics or more interesting and funny ones. They should talk about how their writing style matches well with the company's writing that already exists. This requires the candidate to do research on the company prior to the interview to know what kind of writer they are looking for.
