While being a slow or fast writer does not decide whether or not a candidate is hired, a hiring manager is looking for someone who writes at a good pace with few to no errors and with good quality. The candidate should discuss their work speed and flow and talk about the timing and quality of the work they will produce.
"I am a medium speed writer, but I can guarantee that all my work will get done on time with little to no corrections needed. I believe the best kind of worker is one that moves at a decent pace but does not have to be edited much, which saves others time."
