"Yes, I have been very open to admin duties and project work throughout my career and fully understand the importance of how that work impacts the lives of so many people. In my current role, I'm in charge of unit shift scheduling and take pride in this work as it ensures that we are fully staffed at all times. It often requires a great deal of communication among the team and I'm proud to do that. Throughout my career, I've worked on several large project teams and that work has been very rewarding. Last year, I helped lead a drive for charity donations. This project involved planning, preparation, communication, and organization.
