How do you or would you motivate your team?

"I would meet with my team on a regular basis to ensure they are meeting all expectations, and that they are satisfied with the duties they have to perform. I would also occasionally reward them by using incentives, e.g., monetary incentives and/or the opportunity to move up the ladder by acquiring management skills."
