Even though I follow the schedule and like to keep everything moving forward and on time, I still maintain a calm and stress-free environment for the students and parents on my tour. I understand that they are already feeling frantic about making the right decision about which school to attend, so I take the pressure off and take some time to get to know everyone in the group."
