To be honest, it's the first time I've seen this, it gives the vibe that you are towards inclusivity and that you care about giving a chance to anyone willing to put the work into it. I personally appreciate and value transparency in a working environment, trust is stronger between the company and the employees that way. And by the look of your youtube channel, it seems like you share a lot with your audience, and by extension, with your staff.
