How to Answer
Since you are new to your career, it may feel impossible to know what your strengths are, when it comes to the workplace! What qualities do people often comment on when they give you praise or encouragement? Think of some of the words your peers or relatives have shared with you after a dance performance or after receiving an award. You might not realize it, but the goals you have already achieved, whether they be in sports or school, are examples that demonstrate your strengths.
You may be an excellent communicator or compassionate towards others. You may also be a fast learner and capable of adapting to different environments very quickly. Write down three primary strengths and see if you can think of examples of each one, to prepare for this interview question.
