"I quickly found out during my undergraduate program that I tried to take on too many things at one time when it came to extracurricular activities on campus and in the community. That stemmed from my inability to say no to things. During my freshman and sophomore years, I was too busy with volunteer activities and participation in various campus groups and didn't have time for myself. I continue to improve in this area, but I know I will be a bit overwhelmed with all of the great activities here at Albany Medical College if I'm fortunate enough to be accepted."

Pick a weakness that is not a core skill for your success as a medical student. You can be candid in your answer, recognizing that you aren't great at something and acknowledging your need to improve. Be sure to have an action plan to improve this weakness.
