If you were the successful candidate, how much notice would you require to give your current employer?

The interviewer would like to know if you plan to give notice to your current employer, or if you can start at NARS Cosmetics right away. It is always a good decision to show the potential employer that you would provide the professional courtesy of notice to your current place of employment.
