For people outside of the finance and accounting world, methods and terms can often be very confusing and part of your work with Interactive Brokers may entail your ability to explain things in the simplest of terms to the leadership staff and employees of organizations that you will work with. If you have a specific time where you had to do this, discuss in detail how you did that and why you felt it was important to do that. Be sure to explain that accounting principles can be hard to grasp and that educating others is a part of your work that you take great pride in.

"In our world, financial terms and principles are almost second nature to us and it can be easy to take the knowledge we have for granted when talking with others.
