If I called your previous employer, What would he say about your work performance?

The interviewer wants to hear positive things your employer would say about you. What are the positive comments your past managers have told you? What common positive remarks have you seen in your past performance reviews? Simply tell the interviewer 2-3 of these things, and share that your past manager has told these things to you.
