This way, you can comment on the customer service that you received. Big or small, be prepared to say YES - you have experienced American Electric Power first hand.

"I have been a customer of American Electric Power for three years now. My experience has been a positive one. I specifically recall last year when my invoice was incorrect. I called the customer service line, and the representative was helpful and friendly. I have recommended American Electric Power to my friends and family in the past."

"I have not been a direct customer of American Electric Power; however, I did call into your customer service department a couple of weeks ago to discuss the possibility of changing my services over to you.
