And, conducted various traffic studies to verify and severity of the concerns and provided solutions based upon guidelines as set in TAC/OTM manuals.

How are your communication skills?

Communication is very important, especially when there is safety being our number 1 priority.

I have great communication skills. On daily bases I have to email and make phone calls to customers to vendors all of us techs communication on an message board that we all see so that we all have the same information.

I am able to communicate with my peers and supervisors clearly and logically and If I come across a problem that I am not familiar with I will make sure an ask right away for the best outcome.

Good. I've believe that you should always treat people the way you want to be treated.

I would say I have good communication skills. I think its a very important part of being on a team and I think I have a good ability to communicate with co workers, including sharing ideas new plans, discussing improvement, or even asking a question about something new to me.

Always thinking safety in my mind with my surroundings, customers, peers.

My greatest strength is my ability to ask questions when I don't know the answer, I can learn quickly on the job to make sure the job is done in a timely manner.

Attention to detail. A wire not properly connected could cause the system to malfunction.

My ablility to communicate and challenge myself. Working at homedepot I got moved around in departments a lot so I had to adapt to new scenarios and fimilairize myself with new products. I think communication is key for things in a buisness to run effeciently.

I could be really busy and peer asking to help, always thinking about other help first and I'll stop to help out. Should think about which is priority first.

My greatest weakness was not being able to ask question but since then I have learned that it is not a weakness to ask for help but a learning experience to do so.

I tend to be to thorough. When I cant solve a problem in a timely manner,I should ask a more experienced technician.

Being to fixated on smaller details when there are many tasks at hand.

I can fixate too much on small details when there is a heavier workload I need to not focus so much on the small details when time is a factor.

How do you practice safety on the job?

Always, there is not one day that I don't think about safety being our first priority.

Make sure I have all the equipment I need to complete the job safely and take inventory of the materials I have in the beginning of my shift, and make any stops by operations that I need to complete the job safely.

By wearing personal protective equipment and following all safety regulations.
