I once had a young lady who had an abortion and didn't want her parents to know about it. Her parents brought her to the hospital and requested to know what was wrong with her. But since she is an adult and said I shouldn't tell her parents anything, I simply did the scan, wrote her report, sealed it, and sent them to the doctor that referred them.
