Tribalism, cultural diversity, and lack of team spirit from the colleague and lack of professionalism these are some problems arises due to our course of work. Solution was to show them Love and dialogue.

Operating sound recording equipment need ict skills which I have, volume control should be put in minimum volume, the distance from the device to the mouth measurable.

Radio operators spend a major part of their work day receiving and transmitting communications using various types of communication devices such as radiotelephone and radiotelegraph equipment. Their primary responsibility is to maintain communication with aircraft, ships, offshore oil rigs, mining crews, and crews working in other remote locations. All information is then passed on to the proper channels for further action.
