With factors like large workloads, complicated cases, patient safety, and demands for continued education contributing to this, your interviewer needs to be assured that you will be able to handle the common stressors in a healthy and professional manner. This is a great time to discuss your ability to handle prior stressors in your work with ease, so don't hesitate to talk about your prior jobs and how you managed. Then be sure to tell your interviewer that you are aware of the stressors that await you in this role and that you're excited to take them on.
