Be transparent when answering this question, but avoid saying anything offensive about the program and institution you are interviewing with. If they are likely not your top choice, you don't want to say that because there is still a chance that is where you would match. As you answer, you'll ideally want to choose the number one reason you want to join their oral surgery residency and focus on that as you answer this question.
