Housekeepers work independently for much of their day, and interviewers want to hear that you will thrive in this environment. Begin by telling the interviewer that after proper training you will be comfortable to perform all duties on your own without much direction. Then, mention how much people interaction you require during the day. Are you able to meet the expectation of working independently for most of the day?

I work very well independently as well as a team player, After just a few months of working I was promoted into the swing lead because management noticed I do not need direct supervision and handle all tasks correctly.
