Have you ever been a ghostwriter before?
The candidate should talk about their experience writing and perhaps even being a ghostwriter, and why this makes them a good candidate. A hiring manager is looking for someone who is an experienced wrier, so the more experience the candidate has, the better. Even if the candidate left previous writing jobs for new opportunities, they should discuss what they have learned from those other jobs and how they will make them a successful worker here.
