1. One time when I went above and beyond was when doing a service project for one of my classes. We only had to do ten hours of community service but the group I was part of enjoyed what we were doing. We ended up doing more than double the required amount of time.

2. I will always give a 100% in whatever I do. When I started at the first hotel I worked at I started as a waitress but because I took it upon myself I completed all the paperwork as it wasn't up to date, re-made all the training manuals and trained the staff I was soon promoted to Head of Department on Breakfast and Restaurant.

3. Went I was doing something else that took me a lot of time.

4. When I was doing a small coding project in school, we were simply meant to design a small Flappy Bird game. I however, not only coded my mimic, but added custom dangers, sounds, environments, sprites and a new game over screen. My teacher was very impressed.

5. Things was not getting done from out leader, I approached him with new ideas and we were able to accomplish without making him feel I was intruding.
