What unique qualities about yourself would you bring to our company?
There are some things that your resume cannot do. Showing off your fabulous personality is one of them, for instance! Talk to the interviewer about some of your unique qualities and be sure to tie these qualities into how they will benefit the company, should they hire you.
"I have a unique ability to strike up a conversation and build rapport with nearly anyone. This skill is a great help when it comes to customer service and sales. My up-selling percentages are always very high."
"I am great with social media marketing and feel that my knowledge and experience would be beneficial when it comes to increasing brand awareness and overall sales."
"I have a strong ability to lead teams of people no matter their background or personality. I can relate to many people because I approach them on their level and get to know them in a way they are most comfortable."
"If hired, I will bring with me my unique ability to take on any customer dispute. I can find solutions to problems that work for both parties. The ability to smooth over a situation involving a customer is one of my unique strengths."
"I have many unique qualities; however, one stand out quality is my linguistic skills. I speak English, Spanish, and Italian - meaning, I can relate to, and negotiate with, a huge client population. This skill will help me to succeed in my territory greatly."
"I look forward to bringing with me my broad-minded creativity and strong analytical skills. I think differently than many people within marketing; meaning, I allow my creativity to take the lead and then I compare my ideas with solid data analysis. This method gives me a very high success rate on marketing campaigns."
"One quality that sets me apart as a teacher is my kind-heartedness. Most teachers in high school do not lead their careers with that quality; however, I am different. I know that it's hard to be a teenager and so I approach my students with empathy. I incorporate their lives into the lesson plans, including what they may personally be experiencing. This approach allows me to relate to my class on a level rare for a teacher."
