I am always ahead of target by going over and above that cold calling schedule."

In this situation, I learned that a positive attitude in the face of change is vital, and I would bring this lesson to work here every day at FDM Group."

For instance, I have been a part of staff terminations a couple of times, and I never sugar-coated the reasons why. It was always best they know the real reasons so they could learn from the experience."

I can also be productive in a team-based setting, and my track record in this environment speaks for itself.
