Know the company vision so that you can easily tell them, "I am impressed by your mission and I love how much of an impact you made on the local community." Sharing your knowledge about the latest news at their company is a great indicator that you have a vested interest and know what you are looking for in a company.

"I think this opportunity is the perfect next step for me, as working with hoofstock and birds is something I've always been eager to do but have not yet had the opportunity to do so. Being back in the mainland UK is also something I wish to do due to familial ties, and flamingo land does amazing things for conservation and research and is a company I would love to be a part of."
