When have you given a suggestion on improving an exhibit? Was your suggestion well-received?

"I had an idea recently on how we could improve water conservation in the penguin exhibit. I brought the idea to my supervisor who gave me the opportunity to present my idea. It was well received and the zoo is taking a closer look, with a team of engineers, on how they could make that happen."

      "Every day we have to do display development on a certain enclosure, which I have taken part in a few times. Most recently I noticed our common boas hide was too small, so I pitched an idea of developing a new one, decorated a much larger hide, and added it to the enclosure so she had somewhere she could hide more effectively."

Consider wrapping up your response by sharing how your suggestion was received by others. Did they immediately agree with you or did you have to persuade them to see the situation the same way that you did?
