"When I was still in college I did my internship at the orphanage where I met a lot of people with different cultural backgrounds, experiences, and interests. It was interesting to hear their stories and get to know them. At the orphanage, I was assigned 6 kids to do assessment and counseling. By doing that I need to earn their trust and feel my sincerity so they will open up to me. So I did some activities, played time with them. As a result, kids become comfortable and start sharing their thoughts and experiences. I really enjoyed being able to support them through their difficult time.  With this experience, I gained a lot of skills and knowledge to be a good listener and on how to handle various situations and resolve issues that I can bring to your company."
