How do you evaluate success?

Success for me can be so many things. It is not measured by how big I achieve. If I get to finsh a job with the best result, it is success for me. Getting my commitments completed on time is success for me.

I evaluate success by the amount of effort and work you put in to your job. I feel that if you can take in and learn as much as you can every day on the job and apply what you learn to your work, then you are being successful in your work environment.

My habit of getting side tracked. Being stubborn sometimes. I have this idea that if it's not perfect it not done yet. My perfect might not be perfect for someone else but I should at least try to do perfect.

Yes I can cope when I face with unexpected workload. I do feel the pressure but by breaking down the problem into smaller ones and tackling it one by one, the problem doesn't seem so big.

Yes I can make decision fast. The secret of making good decision and fast is to prioritization the problem. Example, interviewing intern or setting up the set. First I will assign people what needs to be done to set up the set then conduct interview of the intern. Once the interview is over I could go and check the set.

I will be very honest. When I prioritization my time, my family comes on top. Every morning I set in place everything that everyone in my family would be needing, I child's school clothes, lunch box, my husbands clothes and lunch box..... Etc. W but once I am in workplace. Work takes my priority.
