Answer examples
"I was working at a restaurant and one of my customers had a food allergy, a broken wrist and rowdy kids. I made sure the kitchen was cautious with her food order and I made sure the kids were entertained. I did my best to make the experience as easy for her as possible. She was pleased with her experience and told my manager too."

It is hard work, dedication to the animals, emergency support for rvt's and Dr.'s, being part of a team, long hours that don't end with a clock.
A technicians job in my opinion is to give the best patient care possible, educate the clients, and continue their own education within the veterinary technician field.

Being in the field, even though it hasn't been long, has already given me an amazing glimpse into my soon to be future as a Technician. I am lucky enough to have been exposed to alot as just an assistant, and I know not everyone has those opportunities. As a tech, I will work with my heart and soul each day - every patient that walks in the door I care for as if they were my own. I will take the knowledge, know how, and authority I have as a technician and use it to help aid, heal, and give them the best overall care I can.
Difficult work but definitely worth every min.

From my experience as an intern a tech is a very fast paced job with a lot of responsibility. It is by no means a glamorous job, but is very rewarding. I know that it requires a lot more physical labor than one might think and that at times it can be very dangerous. I also know how great the feeling is to see a patient come from being dangerously ill or injured to a healthy happy pet.
