1. What is your greatest weakness, and what are you doing to improve it?
How to Answer
Tell the interviewer your greatest weakness which can nevertheless be a strength in this role. Also mention what you are doing to improve in that area.

"I believe my greatest weakness is that it is hard for me to stop working when there is more to do. I am very focused in my work and wish to complete all tasks by the end of each day. However, it isn't always possible to do so. To improve in that area, for instance, I do my best to prioritize and use daily to-do lists to keep track of my duties so that I can get to work as soon as I get to the office in the morning and as a result be highly efficient."
2. How do you feel about wearing a uniform?
How to Answer

3. Are you available to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays?
How to Answer
Always ensure to review the job posting before the interview to familiarize yourself with the work schedules. Should an interviewer ask such a question, it is highly likely you will have to work such hours/schedules. As such, the interviewer will expect you to have applied for the position after carefully reading it, in turn expecting you to be able to work as needed.
Should these requirements be mentioned on the job posting and should you answer in the negative, you may be immediately disqualified. Not only would you not meet a crucial requirement for the role, this would also show you did not carefully read the job posting before applying and the interviewer may think you simply applied to get any job - and as such, you are not serious about working for this employer specifically and/or will not commit.

"I carefully reviewed the job posting before this interview and am aware of the work schedules. I am willing to work over the weekend, holidays, in the evenings and overtime, as required."
4. Name a time when your patience was tested, and how you kept your emotions in check.
How to Answer
Tell the interviewer about your stress management skills and your ability to remain calm, professional and respectful in all situations, notwithstanding the frustrating situations you may have to deal with.
Answer Example
"When working as a/an (X position title) for (X company), (... X example of a situation when your patience was tested and why). I (... what you did in this situation, e.g., remaining professional, calm and focused on the work notwithstanding your frustration and how you successfully completed the task at hand). Frustrating situations are bound to occur and I do not let these affect my work or relationship with colleagues and customers."
5. Tell me about your experience.
How to Answer
Review the job posting before the interview to familiarize yourself with the duties involved in this role.
Answer this question by providing examples of past customer service experiences in a professional, volunteer, or alternatively educational (i.e., university) setting, while mentioning some of the duties involved (as per the job posting) performed in other positions, should you have such experience. 7. Provide an example of a time when you assisted a customer with a special need, or alternatively how you would assist such a customer.
How to Answer
Tell the interviewer about such experience, if you have any, in any position, i.e., a position as Usher or a position with a different title yet similar duties. Should you not have experience with a customer with a special need, answer by mentioning you effectively will be able to handle such a situation, and why will you be successful.

"I have never had to assist a customer with a special need, however in such a situation, I would remain calm, professional and would seek to assist the customer to the best of my ability in a timely fashion - until he/she tells me he/she no longer requires my help. I am a highly dedicated individual with strong customer-service skills."
8. Provide an example when your ethics were tested. How did you react?

Customers wish to communicate with respectful, professional and efficient company representatives while having their needs met in a timely fashion.

20. How are your communication skills?

Should such a question be asked, it is highly likely that communication will be particularly important in the work that you will be performing for this employer.
