Question 2 of 40

What has been your biggest disappointment as an underwriter so far?

"I have always worked hard in my career to ensure I get the best clients for our organization. However, there was a time I was disappointed when we lost one of our big accounts to a competitor because they got a better deal with them. This surprised me as this was a really old account, and they had always renewed with our company for 15 years. Although this deeply saddened me, I decided to focus on changing our strategy and getting new clients instead of being frustrated about losing this one. As a result of our efforts, we acquired some large multinational accounts. Since then, we have reviewed our strategy regularly to see if there is any scope for improvement."
