What You Need to Know
Even if you are not interviewing for a training or leadership position, education is essential to any job. Whether you are asked to train new employees or work with students on their rotations, it is important to remember that you were in their shoes once. Talk about the importance of education in your field and how your training and mentors have positively affected your career. If you have specific experience training people in the field, be sure to bring it up to your interviewer.
